Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence (AI) for the automated assessment of an individual rehabilitation and habilitation program (IPRA) in order to create safe and optimal working conditions for disabled workers. The theoretical foundations of IPRA, legislative aspects, and modern approaches to its assessment are examined. AI methods are proposed, including machine learning, big data analysis, and natural language processing, to improve the accuracy and speed of IPRA assessment. The research results, advantages, and challenges of using AI are discussed, as well as recommendations for further technology implementation. The relevance of the study is due to the need to create equal opportunities for all categories of citizens, especially people with disabilities, including in the field of work. The problem of the study lies in the insufficient effectiveness of traditional methods for evaluating an individual rehabilitation and habilitation program (IPRA), which leads to delays and errors in creating optimal working conditions. The obtained results demonstrate the significant potential of AI in improving the efficiency of IPRA assessment, reducing subjectivity, and accelerating the decision-making process. The conclusions emphasize the necessity of further introduction and improvement of AI technologies to create favorable working conditions for disabled workers.
