Social and Psychological Disadaptation of the Elderly: Risk Factors and Prevention Strategies

The article examines the features of the socio-psychological adaptation of the elderly, the main factors that can disrupt it, and identifies strategies for preventing maladaptation of elderly citizens. The author conducted a study that made it possible to identify risk factors for socio-psychological maladjustment of elderly people receiving services at the integrated center for social services, to assess their degree of life satisfaction and the peculiarities of their psychological state.
