Volunteer Activity as a Factor in the Socialization of Schoolchildren

The article examines the impact of volunteering on the socialization of school students through the example of the charity foundation "Klyuch Dobra". The paper presents the results of an empirical study that includes a survey of student volunteers, observations of their activities, and interviews with experts from volunteer organizations. The study found that adolescents' participation in volunteering contributes to the development of social responsibility, empathy, communication skills, and an active civic stance.
